Preparation of original glue solution

Preparation of slurry
Take the percentage of protoplasmic colloid 61-75, bentonite 3-4.5, dolomite powder 20-35, ultramarine pigment and whitening agent 0.15-0.25, grind in a ball mill for 8-14h, and discharge after the pigment is fully dispersed.
Preparation of coarse materials
Take slurry 50-65, talcum powder 38-23, light calcium carbonate 12, add to the mixer, into bean dregs, stop stirring.
Preparation of Paste Coating
The above-mentioned bean dregs paint is further ground, and then added into the shearing mechanical equipment to emulsify at 40- 65 ℃ and cool to 20-30 ℃ fashion bag.
